At First Access Lending we believe that homeownership is the foundation to building wealth in America. Our mission is to extend access to that wealth beyond the already wealthy. We've partnered with investors to offer specialized second lien products and HELOCs allowing you to access the equity you've earned. We provide access for first-time homebuyers through education and down payment assistance programs. Access for the self-employed and creatively employed. And access to your next home or dream home.
First Access Lending is through East Coast Capital, a 25-year veteran in the mortgage industry. We have the foundation to deliver on our mission of access through specialized products, personalized consultation, comprehensive education, and unwavering integrity. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals.
About our Team
First Access Lending is led by Zach Bosson who brings a dozen years of executive mortgage industry leadership experience. While studying at Ohio State's Fisher College of Business he had already kick-started his mortgage career, balancing his final finance classes with loan closings. In 2014 Zach joined Lower.com as a founding member helping it grow into a top 30 national lender as a divisional leader and later as their Director of Strategy. In 2023 Zach launched what would become First Access Lending with a mission to provide access to wealth through homeownership beyond the already wealthy. Zach is further engaged in real estate through Bosson Realty, which is actively acquiring and managing a growing property portfolio in the Baltimore market. Outside of the industry, he serves on the advisory boards of two startups and a nonprofit, and enjoys being bad at golf and decent at chess.
